No, COLLIN’S® membership is totally FREE so join us today.

The COLLIN'S® Rewards Mobile App is a mobile application for all COLLIN'S® members to use, accumulate and redeem COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points. When a profile for the COLLIN’S® Rewards Membership Programme is created, a COLLIN'S® Member ID Barcode will be generated that is unique to the membership account. Each member is only allowed to register once with a valid mobile number and valid email address.

The COLLIN'S® Rewards Mobile App is available for download on both the Apple AppStore and Google Play, and requires an operating system of iOS 14.5 or Android 10.0 or above.

A COLLIN'S® Rewards member can use the Mobile App to keep track of all their transactions, benefits such as e-Vouchers validity, COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points accumulated and redeemed, manage one’s membership profile, order from your favorite COLLIN'S® restaurant, and even reserve a table!

Download the COLLIN’S® Mobile App on your iOS device or Android from Apple AppStore or Google Play respectively. Once installed, launch the application and follow the instructions to “Sign up”.

No, simply login to your account with your registered mobile number and password.

The COLLIN’S® Rewards Membership Programme is for a lifetime with no expiry; however, the COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points accumulated is subject to a one-year validity period.

Each member can only register for one COLLIN'S® Rewards membership account.

You will need to be above 12 years of age to apply as a COLLIN’S® Rewards member. If you are above 12 years old, but under 18 years old, you should review these Terms & Conditions with your Parent or Guardian.

Yes, there are 3 membership tiers – Associate, Silver and Gold.

COLLIN’S® Associate Member
All new* members of COLLIN'S® Rewards are a COLLIN’S® Associate Member.
COLLIN’S® Silver Member
COLLIN'S® Silver Membership is awarded to a COLLIN’S® Associate Member who spends S$120^ in a 62-day period after registering as a new* member.
COLLIN'S® Silver Members will be able to earn 0.5 X COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points, and receive special benefits during birthday month and promotional festive campaigns.
COLLIN’S® Gold Member
COLLIN'S® Gold Membership is for existing COLLIN’S® Silver Members who spend S$1,000^ within a 12-month qualifying period.
COLLIN'S® Gold Members will be able to earn 1 X more COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points and receive special benefits during birthday month and exclusive seasonal deals via the Mobile App.
* Users who have never signed up or registered for a COLLIN'S® Rewards membership prior to July 2022.
^ Qualifying spend is calculated based on the sub-total amount for both dine-in and/or takeaways (excluding purchases made through COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Online E-Store), before service charge, prevailing government service tax (where applicable), not inclusive of all COLLIN’S® Singapore promotional offers and discounts, voucher purchases, redemption of voucher(s) to offset current transaction and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (i.e., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc.).

Once the required nett spend is met, you will be automatically upgraded and the new membership tier will appear in your COLLIN'S® Mobile App within one (01) working day.

COLLIN’S® Associate Members – if you do not accumulate the minimum spend of $120^ within 62-days, your membership will remain as an Associate tier.
COLLIN’S® Silver Members – the Silver tier is a lifetime tier with no accumulated spend required to retain.
COLLIN’S® Gold Members – simply accumulate qualifying spend of $1,000^ within the membership year to renew your membership status.
^ Qualifying spend is calculated based on the sub-total amount for both dine-in and takeaways (excluding purchases made through COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Online E-Store). This excludes service charge, prevailing government service tax (where applicable), promotions and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (i.e., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo etc.).
Applicable to users who have registered for a COLLIN'S® Rewards membership after July 2022. An additional $120 will be required for registered Silver members prior July 2022.

COLLIN’S® REWARDS-POINTS PROGRAMME

Unfortunately, COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points programme is only applicable for COLLIN’S® Silver and Gold Membership Tiers.

Members can earn COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points with every qualifying^ spend in a single receipt based on the corresponding membership tiers:
COLLIN’S® Silver Membership
Every $1 nett spend will earn 0.5 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points. (E.g., S$100 = 50 points)
COLLIN’S® Gold Membership
Every $1 nett spend will earn 1 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points. (E.g., S$100 = 100 points)
^ Qualifying spend is calculated based on the sub-total amount for both dine-in and takeaways (excluding purchases made through COLLIN’S® Online E-Store). This excludes service charge, prevailing government service tax (where applicable), promotions, festive season purchases (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festive, Christmas, etc.), and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (i.e., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo etc.).

You can view your COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points in the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App or Web Portal under “My Profile”.

COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points are valid for one-year from the date of membership tier upgrade. Unused COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will be forfeited if they are not used within the validity period. Members are encouraged to monitor the validity of their COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points and redeem them before the expiration date.

Every 10 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points is equivalent to S$1. Therefore, if there is 100 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points in the account, a total of S$10 may be used to offset the bill. The minimum redemption amount is 10 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points (S$1).

All COLLIN’S® Reward-Points are rounded to the nearest dollar. (E.g., If points earned is 10.25, it would be rounded down to 10.)
E-VOUCHERS

Navigate to “My Profile” in the COLLIN'S® Rewards Mobile App, and then to “My Vouchers” to see the available e-Vouchers in your account, as well as the terms & conditions and validity.

Inform our staff which e-Voucher you wish to redeem when you visit any of the COLLIN’S® restaurants. During payment, open the COLLIN'S® Rewards Mobile App and navigate to “My Profile”, “My Vouchers”, and select the e-Voucher you wish to redeem then present the barcode to our staff to scan.

Yes. You will be able to see all the available e-Vouchers in the account, as well as e-Vouchers that have been redeemed or expired.

You can view the validity of the e-Vouchers on the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App under “My Vouchers” in “My Profile”. Members are encouraged to monitor the validity of their e-Vouchers closely and redeem them before the expiry date.

COLLIN’S® is not obliged to provide any extension to the expired e-Vouchers and will not be liable for any expired e-Vouchers not redeemed. As our system do not provide reminder notifications for any expiring e-Vouchers, all members are encouraged to login to their COLLIN’S® Rewards account regularly to monitor the validity of the e-Vouchers via the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App or Web Portal from time to time to ensure to redeem the e-Vouchers before they expire.

In the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App, select "My Profile," then "My Account," and finally "Edit Profile." After it has been updated, save the changes.

If your date of birth is incorrect, please write in to enquiry@collins.sg, and include any form of documentation showing your “Name” and “Date of Birth” to request for an amendment.

To reset your password, open the COLLIN'S® Mobile App, in “My Profile”, select "Forgot Password". Enter your mobile number, and a “Password Reset” email will be sent to the registered email address to help reset your password.

Your COLLIN'S® Mobile App may be due for an update; please ensure that you are using the most updated version. If the problem persists, you can try deleting and reinstalling the COLLIN'S® Mobile App. If none of the above solutions works, please write in to enquiry@collins.sg and we will respond within three (3) – five (5) working days.

Unfortunately, COLLIN'S® Rewards is non-transferrable. Sharing the COLLIN’S® Rewards with another individual is strongly discouraged, as this will be difficult for you to keep track of the e-Vouchers and/or redemption of COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points.

Should you wish to terminate your membership, please write in to enquiry@collins.sg. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused e-Vouchers at the point of termination. All balance COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points and/or unused e-Vouchers will be deemed forfeited.
