COLLIN'S® REWARDS (SINGAPORE) PROGRAMME

The application and the use of COLLIN’S® Rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions: 

DEFINITIONS

  • “We”, “us”, “our”, “COLLIN’S® Singapore” and “Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore” means Iron Chef F&B Pte Ltd.

  • “COLLIN’S® Singapore Membership Programme” (also known as “COLLIN’S® Rewards”), is a cardless loyalty programme available in Singapore only. 

  • “COLLIN’S® Singapore Mobile Application” or “COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App” refers to a mobile application available on both iOS 14.5 and Android 10.0 devices or above.

  • "COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points" (also known as the "CRewards Program") refers to reward points awarded to members on valid transactions made in COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore restaurants. 

  • “Application” – the process completed and submitted by the applicant in order to become a COLLIN’S® Rewards member. 

  • “Transaction” – a transaction made by any member at any participating COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore restaurants. 

  • “Participating Restaurants” are COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® restaurants in Singapore that acknowledge and accept COLLIN’S® Rewards privileges. COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore reserves the right to make changes to the list of participating restaurants without prior notice.

  • “You”, “your, “member” – the person who applied for COLLIN’S® Rewards or to whom the membership belongs to. 

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

  • There is no registration charge to be a COLLIN’S® Rewards member.

  • New applicants are required to download the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App to register as a COLLIN’S® Rewards member.

  • New applicants must be at least twelve (12) years of age in the calendar year of application.

  • If you are twelve (12) years old or older but under the age of eighteen (18), you should review these terms and conditions with your parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to ensure that you understand and agree to them. If your parent(s) and/or guardian(s) disagree with the stated terms and conditions, COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore reserves the right to terminate/cancel all COLLIN'S® Rewards membership and privileges on your behalf.

  • New applicants are required to register the membership with a valid Singapore registered mobile number and a valid email address. (Each mobile phone number and/or email address can only be used once during registration.)

  • The applicant is responsible for keeping COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore updated on their true and accurate mobile number and email address. COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the member’s failure to notify COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore of any changes to the mobile number and email address.

  • Each applicant may apply for only one (1) COLLIN’S® Rewards account.

MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards is valid for a lifetime from date of successful application. 

  • The membership privileges can only be enjoyed by the member and is non-transferrable. 

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

  • COLLIN’S® Associate Member

    • All new successful applicants for COLLIN’S® Rewards will be automatically given an Associate Tiered membership.

  • COLLIN’S® Silver Member

    • To be eligible for a COLLIN’S® Silver tiered membership, a COLLIN’S® Associate Member is required to have an accumulated nett spend of S$120 within a consecutive 62-day time period, commencing from the date the applicant has successfully registered as a COLLIN’S® Associate Member.

    • A qualifying spend of S$120 is calculated based on the sub-total amount for both dine-in and/or takeaways (including purchases made through COLLIN’S® Online E-Store), before service charge, prevailing government service tax (where applicable), and all other COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore promotional offers and discounts, voucher purchases, redemption of voucher(s) to offset current transaction and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (i.e., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc.) do not quality towards the spending amount for membership upgrades.

  • COLLIN’S® Gold Member

    • To be eligible for a COLLIN’S® Gold tiered membership, a COLLIN’S® Silver Member is required to have an accumulated nett spend of S$1,120* within a twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date the applicant has successfully upgraded from a COLLIN’S® Silver Member to a COLLIN’S® Gold Member. 

    • A qualifying spend of S$1,120 is calculated based on the sub-total amount for both dine-in and/or takeaways (for all COLLIN’S® members including signs up before/after July 2022, including purchases made from through COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Online E-Store), before service charge, prevailing government service tax (where applicable), and all other COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore promotional offers and discounts, voucher purchases, redemption of voucher(s) to offset current transaction and purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (i.e., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc.) do not quality towards the spending amount for membership upgrades.

    • The COLLIN’S® Gold member is required to maintain an accumulated spend of S$1,000 within twelve (12) months from the date of upgrade to maintain the Gold Member status. 

    • If the criteria is not met, the membership tier will be converted back to COLLIN’S® Silver Member.

USAGE OF COLLIN’S® REWARDS PROGRAMME

  • The COLLIN'S® Rewards membership account is personal to the member and is solely for the member's benefit, and it is not transferable or assignable, and it cannot be aggregated, combined, or merged with any other COLLIN'S® Rewards membership account.

  • Verification of the member’s mobile number may be required.

  • Splitting or combining transactions across multiple COLLIN'S® Rewards accounts is strictly prohibited.

  • If a member fails to identify themselves to the satisfaction of COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® after completing a sales transaction, the transaction will not be recorded into COLLIN’S® Rewards programme.

  • Transactions recorded on COLLIN’S® Rewards will be updated within the following business day and can be viewed within the COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App.

  • Transactions recorded by COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore are final and conclusive.

COLLIN’S® REWARDS-POINTS 

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points are only applicable to and can only be earned for COLLIN’S® Silver and Gold membership tiers.

  • Any spending at participating restaurants before a COLLIN’S® Associate Member is upgraded to a COLLIN’S® Silver Member will not be eligible to earn any COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points.

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points are valid for a twelve (12) months cycle from the date of upgrade from COLLIN’S® Associate Membership to COLLIN’S® Silver Membership tier. 

  • When you upgrade from a COLLIN'S® Silver to a COLLIN'S® Gold Membership, your COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points accumulated as a Silver Member will remain within the Silver-tier upgrade cycle; and will not be brought forward during the Gold-tier upgrade.

EARNING OF COLLIN’S® REWARDS-POINTS

  • To record any transactions made, and to earn COLLIN'S Reward-Points, the COLLIN'S® Member ID Barcode (reflected on the COLLIN'S® Mobile App) must be presented during payment at participating COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® restaurants’ cashier. 

  • If the COLLIN'S® Member ID Barcode is not presented at the time of payment, COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will not be earned for the transaction.

  • Every $1 nett spend on qualifying value in a single receipt will earn COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points based on the following rate;

    • COLLIN’S® Silver Members will earn 1 COLLIN’S® Reward-Point

    • COLLIN’S® Gold Members will earn 1.5 COLLIN’S® Reward-Points

  • Earning of COLLIN'S® Reward-Points is based specifically on regular-priced items purchased at all COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore restaurants and through COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Online E-Store; and excludes voucher purchases, redemption of voucher(s) to offset current purchases, festive season purchases (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festive, Christmas, etc.) and event bookings.

  • Earning of COLLIN’S® Reward-Points is valid for both dine-in and takeaway at participating COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® restaurants, including the COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Online E-Store, but is not applicable for purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc.).

  • COLLIN’S® Reward-Points are calculated based on the sub-total amount of the transaction, excluding service charge and prevailing government service tax (where applicable).

  • Earned COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will be credited to the respective COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore Member's Account within the following business day after the transaction is recorded.

  • There will be no accumulation of COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points if the customer fails to identify themselves and after the sales transaction is completed.

  • To earn COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points, the member must be present, and no COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will be credited if the member is not present at the time of payment. For verification purposes, a date of birth or a mobile phone number may be requested.

  • COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points cannot be transferred, combined, or assigned to the account of another COLLIN'S® Rewards member.

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore's records (including, but not limited to, the records of each COLLIN'S® Rewards member's COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points balance) are conclusive and final, and the member is bound by them.

REDEMPTION OF COLLIN’S® REWARDS-POINTS

  • Every 10 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points is equivalent to S$1. 

  • COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points can only be redeemed in units of 10 (S$1).

  • Minimum redemption amount is 10 COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points (S$1). 

  • To redeem COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points, the member must be present.

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points can be used to offset your total bill at any COLLIN’S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® participating restaurant on your next visit.

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points is not applicable for use to offset festive season purchases (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festive, Christmas, etc.) 

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points accumulated are not exchangeable for cash or equivalent. 

  • COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points redeemed will be deducted from COLLIN’S® Rewards member’s account instantly. 

  • Unused COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will be forfeited if not used within the validity period.

  • Members are able to view the validity of their COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points through the COLLIN’S® Mobile App. 

CONFIDENTIALITY OF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION 

  • All members are solely responsible for the security of their COLLIN'S® Rewards membership account information and password and agree to not disclose or divulge such information to any third party.

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a member as a result of the loss, theft, or use of his/her COLLIN'S® Singapore Membership Programme ID or password.

  • If there is any suspicious or unusual activity or transaction involving your COLLIN'S® Rewards member's account, please write in to enquiry@collins.sg.


TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

  • Members of COLLIN'S® Rewards may cancel their membership by providing COLLIN'S® Singapore and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® with three (3) to five (5) working days' prior written notice to enquiry@collins.sg. All unused COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points will be rendered null and void, and his/her membership will be terminated. Because each valid mobile number and email address can only be registered once, the member will be unable to re-register for another COLLIN'S® Rewards membership in the future.

  • If your COLLIN'S® Rewards account is terminated/cancelled early, the expiry date of your membership will be the date of the termination/cancellation request.

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme and your account, as well as to block or prevent your future access to and use of the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme.

DISCRETION

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore reserves the right to amend the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme terms and conditions, as well as substitute and withdraw any rights and/or privileges, at any time and without notice. Once announced on the COLLIN'S® Singapore Website or COLLIN'S® Rewards Mobile App, all changes or amendments become effective.

  • COLLIN'S® Rewards members should review the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme terms and conditions on a regular basis for revisions and/or any rights and/or privileges that have been substituted or withdrawn.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All COLLIN'S® Rewards members' continued use and participation in the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme indicates acceptance of any changes to the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme terms and conditions, as well as the substitution and/or removal of rights and/or privileges. In the event of a dispute, the decision of COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore is final.

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with reasonable notice, to terminate the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme and/or its operation at any time. All COLLIN'S® Rewards members' rights and/or privileges will discontinue upon termination, and COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from and/or in connection with such termination.

  • Not every COLLIN'S® Rewards member will be eligible to participate in all promotions, and COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore may impose other restrictions on his/her participation in any promotion from time to time. Members who participate in any promotion are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions imposed by COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore in relation to such promotions.

  • All personal information collected through COLLIN'S® Rewards will be managed in accordance with COLLIN'S® Singapore's Privacy Policy Statement. Any request to change a COLLIN'S® Rewards personal information must be submitted in writing to COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore at enquiry@collins.sg.

  • COLLIN'S® and Elfuego by COLLIN’S® Singapore shall be the sole and final arbiter of any dispute arising from the COLLIN'S® Rewards programme and/or COLLIN'S® Rewards-Points, and its decision shall be final and binding on COLLIN'S® Rewards members.

  • A COLLIN’S® Rewards member’s use of his/her COLLIN’S® Rewards is deemed to be an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the COLLIN’S® Rewards programme (as may be supplemented, amended or varied from time to time).

  • We may also amend the terms and conditions at any time for security, legal, regulatory or valid business reasons. We will post the terms to the modified terms and conditions on our website at www.collins.sg. Subject to the remainder of this clause, any change, addition or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised terms and conditions to our website, COLLIN’S® Rewards Mobile App or in our participating restaurants. Unless we state otherwise, the change, addition or deletion will apply to your future and existing COLLIN’S® Rewards membership. The amended terms will apply to you if you continue using your COLLIN’S® Rewards membership. If you do not accept the changes, additions or deletions, you shall stop participating in COLLIN’S® Rewards programme by notifying us at enquiry@collins.sg. Your COLLIN’S® Rewards account will be cancelled and any COLLIN’S® Rewards-Points remaining on your COLLIN’S® Rewards account will be forfeited to you as per the termination/cancellation terms above. 

  • The current COLLIN’S® Rewards programme terms and conditions supersede all prior published current COLLIN’S® Rewards programme terms and conditions.
